Welcome to Streamify. Streamify Limited ("Streamify," "we," "us," or "our") provides its services and offerings (collectively, "Streamify," as further described below) to you subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). When using Streamify, you are also bound by any posted guidelines and rules applicable to such service, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these TOU.
PLEASE READ THESE TOU CAREFULLY. By accessing or using Streamify, you ("you" or "your" as applicable) agree to be bound by the notices, terms, and conditions in these TOU and, as applicable, elsewhere on www.streamify.com (including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy, which are incorporated by reference). If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent to Streamify that you have the authority to bind that business, and your acceptance of these TOU will be treated as acceptance by that business. In that event, "you" and "your" in these TOU will refer to that business.
If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you may not use Streamify.
Streamify is an International Business Company registered under the laws of Seychelles. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that your use of Streamify is governed by the laws of Seychelles, to the extent not preempted by applicable international law.
Service Description
Streamify is a video hosting and sharing platform that allows users to upload, view, and share video content with advanced control features. Our service includes, but is not limited to, the following features:
Core Features
- Video Hosting: Users can upload their video content to our servers.
- Video Streaming: Users can watch videos they have uploaded or to which they have been given access.
- User Accounts: Users can create and maintain personal accounts to manage their content.
- Flexible Sharing: Users can share videos in two ways:
- By embedding videos in other websites or platforms.
- By sharing direct links to the videos.
- Advanced Access Controls: Content owners have additional options to manage access to their videos, including:
- Geo-restriction: Allowing access only from specific countries.
- VPN/Proxy Protection: Ability to disable access via VPNs or proxies.
- Other customizable access settings as provided within the platform.
Key Aspects of Our Service
- Privacy-Focused: Streamify is designed with privacy in mind. Videos are not publicly discoverable or searchable within the platform itself.
- Granular Access Control: Videos can only be viewed by those who have the embed code or the direct link to the video, subject to additional restrictions set by the content owner.
- No Public Interaction Tools: Streamify does not provide public commenting, liking, or subscription features to maintain user privacy.
Service Modifications and Liability
Streamify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice to you. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service or any part thereof.
Service Provision
The Streamify service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
Compliance
By using Streamify, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online conduct and content, particularly those related to privacy and data protection.
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To access certain features of Streamify, you may be required to create a user account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Streamify. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover or have reason to suspect that you are under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
One Person, One Account
Each user is permitted to have only one Streamify account. Creating multiple accounts for a single user is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:
- Choosing a strong, unique password
- Not sharing your account credentials with others
- Logging out of your account when using shared devices
- Promptly notifying Streamify of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches
Account Termination
Streamify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or our policies, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of Account Termination
If your account is terminated, you may be prohibited from creating a new account on Streamify. Upon termination, Streamify reserves the right to delete all data associated with your account, including any uploaded videos, without the possibility of recovery.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle data deletion requests and any applicable data retention periods.
By creating an account on Streamify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these account-related terms.
Content Submission and Ownership
User Content
By using Streamify, you retain full ownership of all videos and related content ("User Content") that you submit to our platform. These Terms do not grant us any rights to your content or intellectual property except for the limited license described below, which allows us to provide and improve our services.
License to Streamify
You grant Streamify a limited license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This includes:
- Hosting and streaming your videos
- Creating thumbnails or previews of your content
- Applying necessary technical processes to ensure smooth playback and compatibility
- Implementing your chosen sharing and access control settings
This license does not give Streamify the right to sell your User Content or use it for purposes beyond providing and improving our video hosting service.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your conduct and the content of your videos and communications while using Streamify. This includes ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share your content through our platform.
Content Review and Removal
While Streamify may choose to review public content for compliance with our policies, we are under no obligation to monitor or review any information on our platform. However, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Use, our policies, or applicable laws.
Inactivity and Content Deletion
Streamify reserves the right to disable access to videos or accounts after extended periods of inactivity. The specific duration will be communicated in our data retention policy.
Disclaimer of Responsibility
Streamify is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of videos, user posts, or any other information you may access using our service. Users are expected to make their own judgments regarding the content they view or share.
Copyright Infringement and DMCA
Streamify respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please refer to our Copyright Policy for instructions on how to report it.
Privacy and Sharing
Streamify provides you with controls to manage the privacy and sharing of your content. You have full control over who can access your videos through the sharing options we provide:
- Embedding: You can choose to embed your videos on other websites or platforms.
- Direct links: You can share direct links to your videos with specific individuals or groups.
- Access controls: You can utilize our advanced access control features, such as geo-restrictions or VPN/proxy protections.
Streamify does not share your content with third parties or make it publicly accessible unless you explicitly choose to do so through these sharing options. Your content's visibility and accessibility are determined solely by the settings you select.

By using Streamify, you acknowledge that you understand these sharing mechanisms and agree to be responsible for managing the privacy and distribution of your own content through the tools we provide.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
To maintain a safe and lawful environment for all users, Streamify prohibits certain types of content and behavior. By using our service, you agree not to upload, share, or engage in the following:
Prohibited Content
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
- Non-Consensual Content: Any sexual content involving non-consenting individuals or minors.
- Extreme Violence: Graphic depictions of extreme violence or gore not within the context of fictional or artistic expression.
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Harassment and Bullying: Content intended to harass, bully, or intimidate others.
- Dangerous or Harmful Content: Information or promotion of extremely dangerous activities, self-harm, or illegal substance abuse.
- Personal and Confidential Information: Unauthorized sharing of others' personal or confidential information.
- Spam and Scams: Deceptive content, scams, or unsolicited promotional material.
- Malware and Viruses: Any content designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a computer system.
Guidelines for Adult Content
While Streamify allows legal pornographic content, users must adhere to the following guidelines:
- All individuals depicted in sexual content must be consenting adults (18 years or older).
- Content must be clearly labeled as adult material.
- Users are responsible for implementing appropriate access controls to restrict minors from accessing adult content.
- Extreme or illegal fetishes are not permitted.
Note: Streamify automatically generates thumbnails and previews for all uploaded content. By uploading adult content, you acknowledge and accept that thumbnails and previews may be generated for your videos.
Prohibited Behavior
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity, or falsely stating or implying a relationship with a person or entity.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Streamify's systems.
- Service Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the Streamify service or servers and networks connected to the Streamify service.
- Automated Access: Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Streamify service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Streamify servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
- Data Mining: Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Streamify service.
- Circumvention: Attempting to circumvent any technological measures implemented by Streamify to protect the service or content on the platform.
- Misuse of Reporting Systems: Making false or frivolous complaints or copyright claims against other users.
Streamify reserves the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and/or report to law enforcement any users who violate these prohibitions or guidelines. We may take these actions without prior notification to the user.
Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates these terms. However, while Streamify will make reasonable efforts to review reported content, we cannot guarantee that all content on the platform complies with our terms at all times.
By using Streamify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these prohibitions and guidelines. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your Streamify account and potential legal consequences.
Termination of Service
User-Initiated Termination
You may terminate your account and discontinue use of Streamify at any time by following the instructions on our platform or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use Streamify will immediately cease.
Streamify-Initiated Termination
Streamify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Violations of these Terms of Use
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive use of the service
- Abuse of Streamify's resources, such as utilizing excessive storage without corresponding viewer traffic
- Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
- Unexpected technical or security issues
- Extended periods of inactivity
Effects of Termination
Upon termination of your account:
- Your access to Streamify will be revoked immediately.
- We may delete all data associated with your account, including uploaded videos, after a reasonable period as specified in our data retention policy.
Survival
The following provisions of these Terms of Use will survive termination:
- Ownership provisions
- Warranty disclaimers
- Limitations of liability
- Indemnification obligations
- Dispute resolution provisions
- Any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive termination
Service Discontinuation
Streamify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
After account termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes. All retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal information after account termination, please contact our support team.
By using Streamify, you acknowledge and agree to these termination provisions.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranties
STREAMIFY AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STREAMIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Service Interruptions and Errors
Streamify does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that the service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.
Content Disclaimer
Streamify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available on or through the service. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMIFY, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
Cap on Liability
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, STREAMIFY'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT (FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50) OR (B) AMOUNTS YOU'VE PAID STREAMIFY IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).
User Responsibility
You agree that Streamify has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by the service. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband, and computer hardware, equipment, and services needed to access and use the service, and for paying all charges related thereto.
Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
By using Streamify, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction for Disputes
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Streamify shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Republic of Seychelles. Notwithstanding this, Streamify retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties.
Waiver of Class Action
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Time Limitation on Claims
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of Streamify to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
By using Streamify, you acknowledge and agree to these governing law and jurisdiction provisions.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Right to Modify
Streamify reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Notification of Changes
We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Terms of Use page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
Previous Versions
We will maintain archived versions of our previous Terms of Use. If you wish to access a previous version, please contact our support team.
Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Severability of Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
